I hadda stay in a freakin' jam for a whole bloody one and a half hours,man.

And guess what? I just did something that reminded me of long ago...

I used to bite my fingernails all the time...I remember my parents trying to make me quit by any method imaginable.

1. Rubbing chilli on my fingers
2. Taping my fingers together
3. Using nail balm
4. CANING my fingers.

And the thing is, NONE of these work.

Yes, I was the only one in the family who didnt need the nail-clipper at all. Everytime if I felt my nails were a lil bit too long, I'd bite them straight away, so they were always short and neat.

But believe it or not, there was somehow a good side to it too!

You know how primary school is. Long nails?

"BAWAK ROTAN!" (Bring the cane!)

And because of my bad habit, I was the only one in class who never, and I mean NEVER EVER got punished for long nails.

I remember once when we were forced to display our fingers on the table. My used-to-be-best friend Michelle beside me panicked as her nails weren't cut.

She was turning pale and was going:

"Uh-oh, Mervin! What am I gonna do?"
(btw we were only 7 or 8 back then)

I smiled at her and said something that the both of us haven't forgotten:

"Come, I'll bite them for you."

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA......
